Are your products vet-formulated or vet-recommended?
The ingredients we carry are widely used and recognized within the veterinary wellness community. 02 · Shipping & Delivery — Getting It to You
How long will it take to receive my order?
Most orders are processed and handed off to our fulfillment partner within 1–3 business days. From there, standard delivery typically takes 5–10 business days depending on your location. You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order is on its way.
Do you ship internationally?
At this time, we ship within the United States. International shipping is something we’re actively exploring as the brand grows. If you’re located outside the U.S. and would love access to Tail & Tonic, drop us a note — customer demand directly shapes where we expand next.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number. Use that number on the carrier’s website to follow your package step by step. If tracking information hasn’t arrived within 3 business days of your order confirmation, reach out at hello@tailandtonic.co and we’ll look into it right away.
What if my order is delayed, damaged, or lost?
We take fulfillment seriously. If your order arrives damaged, is significantly delayed, or goes missing, please contact us at hello@tailandtonic.co within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We’ll make it right — no runaround, no frustrating back-and-forth. Just a resolution.

How does the Tail & Tonic subscription work?
When you select the subscribe option on any product page, you’ll receive that item on a recurring schedule that you choose — and you’ll automatically save 15% on every order. It’s our way of rewarding the pet parents who are committed to consistent care. There’s no long-term contract, no hidden fees, and no pressure.
Can I pause, skip, or cancel my subscription at any time?
Yes — completely, and without penalty. You can manage everything through your account portal: pause a cycle, skip a delivery, adjust your frequency, or cancel entirely. When will I be billed for my subscription renewal?
You’ll be charged on the same calendar date your subscription renews, based on the frequency you selected at checkout. You’ll receive a reminder email before each renewal — so there are never any surprises on your statement.
What if I want to change my subscription product, quantity, or frequency?
Log into your account, navigate to your active subscriptions, and update your preferences at any time. Changes take effect on your next billing cycle. If you need help making a change, email us and we’ll handle it for you.
Do subscribers get free shipping?
Yes — through our Subscriber Shipping Loyalty Program. For the first four months of your subscription, standard shipping rates apply. At month five, we credit 100% of the shipping you paid during months one through four back to your account. From month six onward, every subscription order ships free for as long as your subscription remains active. Pausing your subscription freezes your month counter — it does not reset it. If you cancel before reaching month five, the shipping credit is forfeited. This program is our way of rewarding the pet parents who commit to consistent, long-term care.

What if my pet doesn’t respond well to a product?
We want your pet to thrive — that’s the entire point of everything we do. If a product isn’t the right fit, contact us at hello@tailandtonic.co within 30 days of receiving your order. We’ll work with you to find a solution that makes sense — whether that’s a different product, store credit, or a full refund. You shouldn’t have to fight for a fair outcome when you took a chance on something for your pet.
How do I start a return or exchange?
Simply email hello@tailandtonic.co with your order number and a brief description of the issue. Our team will respond within 1–2 business days with clear next steps. We aim to make this process as straightforward as possible — because dealing with a return shouldn’t add stress to your day.
How long do refunds take to process?
Once your return is confirmed and processed on our end, refunds typically appear on your original payment method within 5–10 business days — though timelines can vary slightly depending on your bank or card issuer. We’ll keep you updated throughout.
