<p>At Tail & Tonic, we want you to feel confident subscribing to your dog's favorite supplements. Here's everything you need to know about managing or cancelling your subscription.</p>
<h3>Cancelling Your Subscription</h3>
<p>You may cancel your subscription at any time with no cancellation fees or penalties. To cancel, log in to your account at <a href="https://tailandtonic.co/account">tailandtonic.co/account</a>, navigate to <strong>Manage Subscriptions</strong>, and select <strong>Cancel Subscription</strong>. Cancellations take effect immediately and will prevent all future charges and shipments.</p>

<h3>Subscription Discount</h3>
<p>Active subscribers receive a <strong>15% discount</strong> on every order. This discount applies for as long as your subscription remains active. If you cancel and later resubscribe, the discount will be reinstated on your new subscription.</p>
<h3>Skipping or Pausing</h3>
<p>Need to pause? You can skip an upcoming order or pause your subscription at any time from your account portal without losing your subscriber discount.</p>
<h3>Modifying Your Subscription</h3>
<p>You may update your shipping address, order frequency, or product quantity at any time through your account portal. Changes take effect on your next scheduled order.</p>
<h3>Refunds on Subscription Orders</h3>
<p>If you are charged for a subscription order you intended to cancel, contact us within 7 days of the charge at <a href="mailto:hello@tailandtonic.co">hello@tailandtonic.co</a> and we will issue a full refund for that order.</p>
