Shipping policy

At Tail & Tonic, we want your pet's wellness products to arrive as quickly and safely as possible. Here's everything you need to know about how we ship.

Free Standard Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on all orders within the United States. No minimum purchase required. Shipping costs are built into our product pricing so there are never surprise fees at checkout.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding federal holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Estimated Delivery Times

Supplements & Chews: 3–7 business days from order placement. These products ship from our US-based fulfillment partners.

Accessories & Lifestyle Products: 8–18 business days from order placement. Some accessories ship from international fulfillment centers and may take additional time.

Split Shipments

If your order contains both supplements and accessories, your items may arrive in separate packages from different fulfillment centers. Each shipment will have its own tracking number. You will not be charged additional shipping fees for split shipments.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number. You can also check your order status anytime by logging into your account at tailandtonic.co or by contacting us at hello@tailandtonic.co.

Shipping Restrictions

We currently ship only within the United States (all 50 states). We do not ship to P.O. boxes for certain oversized items. International shipping is not available at this time.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost, damaged, or hasn't arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us at hello@tailandtonic.co within 14 days of the expected delivery date. We'll work with our shipping partners to resolve the issue promptly.
