30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee on all products, starting from the date of delivery. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or exchange within this window.

Eligible Returns

Unopened Products: Products in their original, sealed packaging may be returned for a full refund.

Opened Supplements & Chews: For safety and hygiene reasons, opened supplement and chew products cannot be returned. However, if your pet had an adverse reaction or the product arrived damaged, please contact us and we'll make it right.

Defective or Damaged Items: If your product arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, we'll send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue.

How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, email us at hello@tailandtonic.co with your order number, the item(s) you'd like to return, and the reason. We'll respond within 1–2 business days with instructions.

Return Shipping

For defective, damaged, or incorrect items, we'll provide a prepaid return shipping label. For all other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.

Refund Processing

Once we receive your returned item and confirm it meets our return criteria, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take an additional 5–10 business days to post the refund to your account.

Subscription Orders

Subscription orders may be canceled, paused, or modified at any time before the next billing cycle through your account at tailandtonic.co. Refund eligibility for subscription orders follows the same 30-day policy outlined above.
